Making a Purchase
Buying from us couldn't be easier! Just browse our catalog, and click on the product you wish to buy, and add it to your shopping basket. View your basket at any time by clicking the link in the top right hand corner. When you are ready to buy click on "Checkout" and you'll be directed to our securely encrypted checkout page. No need to sign up or login, simply enter your details in 3 easy steps and you're done!
Shortly after your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this for your records.
Delivery
We usually dispatch within 24 hours of your purchase, but please allow 7 working days for delivery. How fast your product arrives will depend on the shipping method you chose when you checkout. Our main carrier is Royal Mail Parcels.
Returns
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it (within 7 working days) for an exchange of product or a full refund. Refunds are returned via the same method you used to pay, or we can send a cheque on request. Refunds are made once the product is received back from the customer.
