How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery costs vary for individual items, and multiple items have discounted delivery costs. Delivery charges are clearly shown when you view your basket.

How long does delivery take?

We always aim to post your order within 24 hours, and the time taken for delivery will depend on the delivery method you chose.

What do I do if a product is faulty?

If the product is damaged in anyway, send it back, and we'll send you a complete refund, or a replacement free of charge!

What do I do if I don't like the product?

If for any reason you don't like the product you receive, send it back and we will refund the purchase price.

What payment methods can I use to pay?

We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Maestro (switch), American Express, Solo, Mastercard and Discover. You can also pay for goods via PayPal. We also can take orders over the phone (See contact page).

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an automated email from us confirming your order. If you do not receive this email shortly after you have ordered, please check your JUNK mail folder. If it's not there, please contact us.

What do you do with my order details?

We do not store your credit card details, they are simply used to pay for your order. In fact, we never see your credit card details! They are securely transferred via 128 bit SSL encryption. We store your contact details securely on a database for future reference but we do not pass these details on to any third parties!
